Ways to Play Summer Basketball

You can join a team in our Divisional league or play in our BYT league if you are already part of a fully formed team.
The atmosphere is fun, fair and friendly competition. Registration is open to any new or existing NJB member and/or team.

  • For individual players looking to join a team. In this league, everyone plays. Athletes are drafted onto teams from their area to ensure parity across the board. Parents/Guardians register their participant. Games are on weekends. Coaches will determine practice times and locations once their teams are formed. Rookie League is a program devoted for K-1st grade to work on the fundamentals with coaches and play a game at the end of each session.

  • For existing teams to compete in leagues and tournaments. Coaches choose their own roster for the season and register with a single team payment. A team can sign up under BYT if they have a head coach and a minimum of 8 players. Games will be played throughout gyms in the Orange County and Inland Empire area.
